Exceptional for the place where it is located.

Very good hotel. Comfortable rooms, maximum cleanliness. Location with swimming pool and spa. I recommend it for a weekend for those who are in the area or if you want to spend a relaxing holiday and of course very good food. I highly recommend it.

Worst restaurant

The worst restaurant I have ever been to.
I was there with my family, considering that it is the biggest investment in that area. But I was disappointed by everything else. The environment was beautiful but there were insects. When I entered the restaurant for about 30 minutes there was no music at all and the waitresses were not professional at all. We were served water which was warm. I order soft drinks (cola, etc...) and they are brought without glasses and without ice. The owners were very rude and did not know tourism as a field at all. And one thing they knew was that they served them more than the customers. There were 3 waiters who paid more attention to them than to the customers. When the food came the salad was not cleaned well. And the products they used were cut hours before and had a stale taste. Any other antipasti would have something wrong. The meat was cooked with a lot of oil and it tasted bad and we did not eat it. In the end I asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge there. He brought me a boy about 17 years old and said I was the owner's son. I explained to him and in the end the only thing he said was sorry. Not professional! Here is the saying that money can't buy everything. You can't go from being a street gangster to being successful in a restaurant! The restaurant is art and culture that requires dedication and professionalism!

Highly recommdation! Excellent place to be

We enjoyed the great hospitality here and the place is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really delicious. The location is very good (view of the mountains). We would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Good Spa, poor organisation

Good Spa, poor organisation. We booked the spa for a bride and 6 bridesmaids. We had confirmed several times, including price. When we turned up there was no record of the booking so they had to wait for over an hour to get the spa area ready. Also charged E10 more than the price quoted. Girls enjoyed the facilities but organisation was poor. No discount for inconvienance caused.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, tolles Zimmer, mit noch tollen Personal...mit hervorrangender Küche,,,,,,
Immer wieder gerne kommt man zum Urlaub hierher.Alles in allem gelungen........
Jederzeit zu empfehlen.
