One-time visit.
The directv signal is broadcast in the rain and shared with the 15 cabins that make up the complex
The grill must be reserved, since there is only one for everyone. The furniture in the cabin is old, the beds are springs and make a tremendous noise! Uncomfortable.
The only thing notable are the two bathrooms that the cabin has. The rest is very old, old, in need of urgent modifications to be up to par with others in the area.
The television is old. It is not SMart-TV and the HDMI does not work.
Very old kitchen and microwave,
Wooden table and chairs with plenty of play.
In summary. Low score where the services are not good, the beds are uncomfortable and the attention is fair and necessary. When we asked why Wi-Fi and cable service were not working, they did not bother to tell us.

Mal acceso, Wi Fi no existe, no tiene restaurante ni desayuno. No tiene NADA!!!!!
Muy caro para un tres estrellas, apenas un refugio de montaña.
La gente es amable, pero está definitivamente sobrevalorado.

Todo bien excepto por la encargada, Renata
Limpieza, 10 puntos. Instalaciones y muebles, muy desactualizados pero funcionaban. Ahora en cuanto a la atención, al día de llegada, la encargada en vez de saludarnos, nos advirtió que si generabamos disturbios o ruido nos echaría del complejo.
Al cobrarnos la estadía, solo recibió efectivo, sin darnos factura y pretendiendo que le paguemos el IVA. Tuvimos que pedirle que nos devuelva el 10% del total porque se rehusó a darnos una factura.
Además nos pidió que paguemos un impuesto llamado "ecotasa" de $150 por persona, el que luego descubrimos que era un impuesto a los hospedajes y no a los turistas.
Finalmente, luego de haber cumplido su pedido de guardar silencio despues de las 12 de la noche, salimos a fumar al deck a las 11.30 y nos amenazó con que "alguien ya había llamado a la policía porque estabamos en una reunión ilegal".
Por lo tanto, el lugar no era lindo, pero era limpio y la dueña/encargada logró que toda nuestra estadía se viera afectada por su mala actitud. No lo recomiendo.
Agrego que el personal de limpieza fue siempre mas que amable, sobretodo Luz quien estaba a cargo de nuestro bungalow.
