Poorly educated receptionists

I've been through unpleasant situations in this hotel, especially considering the value paid for the daily. Customer service is essential in any hotel, and it is unacceptable that you have encountered poorly educated and rude attendants, especially at night. I suggest a recycling of the service by the management, improving the experience for future guests.
The breakfast, though simple, serves well.
The wi-fi does not work in the room, if you are at work and need to use the Internet, forget.
If I had to go back, I would definitely look for another hotel

Breakfast very good although it is served in small space and very new facilities,but the Internet has horrible signal despite several routers scattered across the floors.Good cable TV. The bad is the amount charged, too high for an ordinary hotel.

But I will.

Lazy reception staff, not very interested in solving problems. They told my father-in-law that there was no parking space at 11pm. I arrived 40 minutes later and there were 3 vacancies, the same vacancies at 06:00 the next day. They made him walk 6 blocks to park in a paid parking space. Two elderly people, 11:30 pm walking alone.
Room with used towels, dirty floor. Thank God it was only for the night.
