Night in Rio Bonito

Excellent hotel, very attentive reception.
Clean room, good bathroom, excellent breakfast with lots of diversity.
Parking in front.
Good location and with restaurants and establishments nearby.
We loved our stay at this hotel

Good option

A good option for those who will be in town. A great service with helpful employees. Well-arranged room, great shower, great air conditioning. Few seats inside the hotel, larger cars need to be left outside the hotel on the sidewalk. Great breakfast.

This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily.
The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets.
It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food.
We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within Expedia to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Overall very good!!

PROS: Small but functional; shower heated well, with good water flow, without temperature variation; good bed; good bed and bath linen; good closet; good air conditioning; good television; good internet; good minibar; breakfast had a little bit of everything; good parking.
CONS: Hard and high pillows.
