It was what we needed. Clean and comfy. Staff responded quickly to requests such as towels for pool.

Good hotel, lacks parking

Traveling for business,
Solo female in late 30s.
Spacious mini suites. Wish there was a cooktop -- well equipped otherwise.
Only one entrance into the hotel which is inconvenient as a traveler when parking on the opposite side of the building. All side doors are exit only. Very inconvenient. Not enough parking for both hotels on the premises.
Comfortable bed.
Convenient location off the 410.
Digital key makes for a contactless check in. Enjoyed the ability to pre-select my room.
Would stay again if in the area.

Fire alarm on the second night @ 7pm. Stairwell reeked of marijuana. Stairwell was flooded with water. Fire dept was there and everyone was in the main lobby. I was going to stay that night but without a good option to get work done and no guaratee of a good nights rest I chose to go home. I asked for either no fee or a discounted fee since Hilton is the reason i left to go home early (there was no fire; they had a water leak so bad it was draining out into the parking lot by the time the fire dept got there).

Back on Home

Again appreciating this excellent hotel, the collaborators, the rooms, the breakfast although it is not varied is worth it. We chose this place again for our holidays because it is like feeling at home. A plus is the 24/7 attention at the reception and always solve any setbacks in a agile and timely manner , the staff that supports breakfast are always watching to supply each season and always with a smile provide warmth and confidence. Thank you for again making a pleasant stay for our family

The only good thing was the pool.

One thing i always do before booking a hotel is confirm the pool hours and if it is broken or not. I also check whats included in breakfast. When i called the man lied to me and told me they have scrambled eggs , bacon , sausage , pancakes and more. The room is big and beautiful like any home 2 suites. Bed was good and was quiet. Shower had no water pressure and ran out of hot water after two quick showers both days. The pool area both days was not restocked. We had to ask both days for towels and was not cleaned either. When we went for breakfast there was watered down juice, cold coffee , soggy wet cold breakfast sandwhiches but none with meat. The cold omeltte had ham in it. A couple muffins and some bread. Not at all a hilton breakfast. I went to the desk and was told we never have those options i was told. No apology or anything for being lied to.
Also the hilton hotel that is attached uses the same breakfast and same pool. So two hotels using same facilities but horrible breakfast options and horrible service and staff that lies :( very disappointing
Pool was heated and atleast semi warm.
