Do not select this hotel for Breakfast reason, it was awful

The hotel is in a very nice location just few minutes drive to the airport but they do provided transport back and forth form the airport when needed. My wife and I used public transportation which was very easy to figure it out and cheap. we always end up at the airport and we called the hotel shuttle to come pick us to back to the hotel. The shuttle service was very plus service on the hotel. The breakfast was TERRIBLE for us. They offer dry pancakes, ham and eggs may be potatoes on other days but it was nothing to look forward for. after day we stopped waking up early in the morning for breakfast. The complementary coffee and hot water for teas was always luke warm.
if your booking the hotel for the breakfast service this is not the one. The room are very spacious but we had a suit, so thus good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We are planning to go back to Toronto we will try the Hampton inn next door hotel to this one.
Also when you arrived at the airport you have to call the hotel for shuttle to come pick you up, and it within 15 minutes wait at Terminal 1 -S5 for the pick up spot

The suite was a nice size and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. This location seemingly houses several refugee families which gives it a more residential vibe. Hot breakfast was normal but very crowded with all the refugee families. The suite we had on the top floor took 3-4 minutes to get hot water to all the faucets. Clearly the recirc system was not working. Not a big deal but inconvenience if in a hurry and quite a waste of water. Maintenance tech did nothing about the hot water.

It seems like industry area. Room clean is every other day.
It has small kitchen and good for a family, but nothing interesting around.

When I checked in and got to my floor there was a stench coming from close to the elevators. It seemed like something fell on the carpet but the carpet was not cleaned properly. I waited to see if anything would be done about the terrible smell but a week passed and the smell remained.
The rooms are not sound proof and there was noise from across my room with a group of young kids who didn’t seem to sleep and were up screaming and carrying on at all hours of the night.
Housekeeping didn’t come to clean everyday.
Customer service was average.
I would rate the hotel overall as average.

This is totally get you paid for hotel. It’s fine - clean with dated decor, older fixtures. Staff is friendly but everything is slow and basic. Pool is tiny but still nice to have.
Good for a family and stopover.
