We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. From the front office staff to Ms. Yuan M. Hua, they were helpful. Nobody at the hotel accepts tips from us, even the housekeepers that cleans our room.

The services are very good. Jack Ma & Rover are very good help. The location is good. near changsha railway station. Unfortunately, my time here in Changsha is all raining. My plan to go to Taiping street is ruined because there is a blockade of street.

Room is big. Bed comfortable. Breakfast more local Chinese style. Reached hotel past midnight. Could not fully explore and enjoy Hotel facilities. Will consider staying at this hotel on my next trip.
