I love this heritage hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. As a non-Chinese speaker, I felt so welcomed and taken care of, and slept so comfortably after long days out. Thank you to the staff, especially Cong Li and Wang Hejin, for the warm hospitality.

We were a bit early ahead of usual check in time but they were kind enough to give us room within the hour. We had a good spacious room which was clean and tidy. It was quiet at night with minimal noise. Service by front desk was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast spread. Overall a great stay. Hope to be back again !

A hotel located just beside the Wenshu Monastery. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The hotel is very nice and you can feel the old Chinese culture. Our room was on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator in this hotel. No staffs helping me with my heavy luggage so I had to carry it all the way up and down.

Hotel is at excellent location and easy to get around. Next to Wenshu monastery and a busy famous touristy Wenshu street. Room is spacious, with beautiful and traditional design. The whole courtyard has a very peaceful environment. The staff is very kind to pack breakfast for us as we needed to leave early the next morning. They also helped to keep my luggage till I come back from Mt Siguniang.
