Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of HKD 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 10% service charge will be applied for cancellation or no-show penalty. Guests who choose the rate plan under free cancellation policy (must contact the property on or before 2 days prior to arrival) will not be charged any payment but the property will obtain pre-authorisation code from guests' given credit cards for guarantee purpose. Payment could be settled upon check-in.

According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented. As a result, during the check-in process, the hotel may request this Hotel Accommodation Tax. Please be advised of this potential charge and make any necessary preparations accordingly.
