Good Overall Experience

We stayed at the Londoner Court Macau recently, and the hotel is beautiful. It looks and feels like a 5 star hotel, because it has all the amenities and services that you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff are generally friendly, and a few of them are really nice and try their best to make you feel at home, thus making our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the evening cocktails at the Club, and excellent service was provided, so the music, catering, service and atmosphere are all 5 star.
Breakfast at the Kensington is a different story, however, the restaurant is packed during the rush hours, and we understand that the hotel has a lot of guests and the restaurant is not big enough to accommodate all of us. Sara and her team are doing a good job, and they are very busy but still very polite, therefore the service is very good. I just can't understand why the staff at the noodle station is always in a bad mood, and she treats you like she is working in the school canteen.
We still recommend you stay at the Londoner Court Macau, because the hotel is really nice, and the service is good, therefore the overall experience is still positive. The breakfast is still good if you avoid the noodle station, and you will have a great time at the hotel.

Luxury Hotels Quality Service

Hotel facilities are luxurious, rooms are fully equipped, supplies and snacks can be supplemented daily, service is careful, staff service is professional.
For privacy reasons, each floor of the elevator, my room has 2 to 3 elevators, but the instructions are not clear, I should take time to look. In fact, the hotel has the A, B seats, etc., if the elevator plus the letters A and B will be clearer.
The view of the room is enlightened, windows are large and many, and there is plenty of light. Massage chair has heating function and is comfortable.
Mattresses and pillows are many kinds, very convenient! Both TVs are big, even watching TV at the dining table is clear.
Room equipment is more gold-coloured, but the head side of the water dragon, the bathroom side is sharp, easy to be cut, to pay attention.

A perfect stay experience at The Londoner Royal Park

The Londoner Royal Garden can be said to be the ceiling of Macau hotels in terms of service and hardware. Before check-in, I received an email and a call from Chris to learn about my itinerary and arrangements for the day of check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Anna waited for me from the hotel door and directly He took me to the room to check in, introduced the room facilities in detail, learned about my personal preferences in advance, and arranged my favorite fruits for me. During my stay, the housekeepers Koffi, Sona and Simo came to the room to help set up the mahjong table. They also anticipated my personal needs and helped prepare bath water during the turndown service. The whole room was filled with fragrance, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing and happy stay. On the night, the housekeeping department learned that we like to swim, and the room prepared extra towels and shower sets in advance! In addition, Roy, the housekeeper in the middle of the night, took no trouble to solve the problem for me. He also learned about my personal preferences from my conversations with friends and arranged farewell gifts for me. Of course, I am also very grateful to the front desk manager Sam Huang for his considerate arrangements. I also had a very good stay experience with my sister. The breakfast is rich in food and the restaurant service is also very good. The whole stay experience is impeccable! The Londoner Royal Park is worthy of being a Forbes five-star hotel. Every employee has received professional training, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious trip to England. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

A feel of London luxury in the heart of Macau

Check in procedure was privately done in suite with your butler. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained in detail and recommended places to visit
Room was amazing and beautiful. Extremely spacious and comfortable. Curtain, air-conditioning and lights could be controlled with an ipad and thr bathroom shower experience was amazing. Bed was a king sized beds and fluffy pillows and they had a range of 6 pillows in their pillow menu for you to choose from.
Inroom dining was prompt and delicious. Butlers were patient and laid out your dining set while explaining how to fully enjoy your meal.
Really amazing stay and experience
