Fantastic location with just metro station right next to hotel. Friendly and helpful front desk staff which make our stay a great one. Will definitely return again

Almost great.

Good hotel, well located. We had a suite over looking the park which was great. AC worked well and we had two bathrooms so no complaints there.
However, as an international hotel chain it would be good to have someone in the room service department that can speak a little bit of English otherwise things just don’t work.

Rooms are old and outdated. Room air quality is unhealthy. The rooms smells bad. Air conditioner is loud.

It’s ok but nothing special. Room is average - nice view but terrible lighting. Service was a bit cold and unwelcoming. Swimming pool and swimming pool facilities are below standard.
