Effective from Sep 1, 2019, the MGM Grand Sanya will no longer actively provide disposables in response to the implementation of the related regulations issued by Hainan Tourist Hotel Association on energy conservation?and?environmental protection. If disposables are required, please dial 0 (the hotel’s internal line) to call the front desk. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Sanya International Duty Free City, the departure time of the shuttle bus is: 9:20, 11:50, 14:40, and the return time is: 15:45, 20:15; due to limited seats, please call the concierge one day in advance department appointment. It is a pet-friendly hotel. Please call the hotel reservation department in advance to confirm relevant matters and fees when bringing your pet. The hotel only accepts pet dogs that have been reserved in advance and a minimum reservation of 2 nights is required. Pet dogs are small and medium-sized dogs that weigh no more than 16 kilograms. A maximum of one pet dog can be checked in in each pet room. Please submit a copy of the pet dog's written rabies immunity certificate. The vaccination time must be more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year, and sign the "Agreement for Check-in or Boarding Pet Dog Room" at the front desk of the hotel. The hotel will charge an additional daily cleaning fee for each pet room during your stay, and pet dogs are not allowed to swim in the hotel swimming pool. If you violate the rules, the hotel will charge you a swimming pool cleaning fee.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Supplementary Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Prohibition of Production, Sales and Use of Disposable Non-degradable Plastic Products in Hainan Province", starting from January 1, 2023, all hotels, hotels, B&Bs and other places in the province will no longer take the initiative to provide Plastic products, including combs, toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, small washing care product containers (such as body wash bottles, shampoo bottles, moisturizer bottles), etc. If you need it, please contact the hotel to obtain it.
