惊喜满满。首先是服务，这个价格，服务比很多五星级酒店都好。办理入住时，前台主动帮忙升级了房型，有人倒了茶水和湿毛巾送到手里，工作人员详细讲解告知了各种设备。整个入住期间，前台小雪特别好，主动微信询问是否需要酒店提供的各种免费服务。
其次是配套。这个价格，有儿童拖鞋、儿童牙具提供，提供免费的自助下午茶，看完演出回来晚了，还有米线提供，直接送到房间里，管家小雪主动问需不需要泡脚桶，提供了泡脚桶，解决了一天的疲乏。
最后是设施。因为帮忙升级了房型，有个小露台，可以坐在那儿喝茶聊天，孩子特别喜欢。
因为体验感太好，把后续五天订在西安市内的其他酒店全部取消，改成美豪丽致的钟鼓楼店。

来西安住的几家酒店的早餐就有点差强人意，不过相对的这里还好一些。
