Very good
I wanted to comment a few staff with the excellent service of the staff Jacky , Olivia , Nino , with very good customer care with us . Is a thumbs up . Next time definitely will come again .food are okay as well but can change the menu daily .front office staff are good as well like Megan and Mandy , and cute chole as well .

Disappointing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Hengqin
As a Hilton Diamond member and frequent traveler, my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Hengqin left much to be desired. While I secured an affordable rate using WeChat, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find no welcome amenities. The hotel strictly adheres to the MyWay benefit, offering a choice between breakfast and points, and due to full occupancy, I opted for points to avoid a crowded breakfast.
The room itself was a basic, lower-floor room with instant coffee and tea bags but no capsule coffee machine. The minibar was empty except for two bottles of water. While there were numerous USB ports, most were non-functional. The bathroom amenities were standard Peter Thomas Roth products, but the dispensers were not refilled properly. The cleanliness of the toilet seat was particularly poor. On a positive note, the bed was new and supportive, which was the highlight of my stay.
Dining options were limited due to the hotel's remote location, with few nearby restaurants or delivery choices. The hotel restaurant was the only convenient option.
The facilities, including the gym and laundry room, were standard for a Hilton Garden Inn. The gym was spacious but had basic equipment, and the pool was not visited. The laundry room on the fifth floor had coin-operated machines.
A notable incident occurred when the front office manager, Canaan, assisted with check-in and elevator card issues. However, he mistakenly led me to the wrong room, which might have caused an uncomfortable situation. Additionally, late at night, the elevator had a strong odor due to a guest vomiting. Despite notifying the front desk, over half an hour the issue was not promptly addressed, and I had to clean my shoes myself after stepping in the vomit.
In conclusion, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were subpar, and the service was disorganized. The bed was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing. Unless visiting Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I would recommend considering other hotels in Zhuhai.

Quick but impressive stay
I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin Zhuhai and had a wonderful experience thanks to Nina's exceptional service. When I requested cutleries, she went above and beyond by offering her own chopsticks, as she had a spare set. Additionally, she noticed I was struggling to carry my snacks to my room and kindly provided me with a bag. These small gestures truly made a big difference in my stay and showcased her dedication to customer service.
The hotel itself is impressive, with a new and well-maintained appearance. Its convenient location, just a 13-minute drive to the Hengqin port bordering Macau, made it an ideal choice for a layover before heading to Macau. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin Zhuhai for both its excellent service and convenient location. Thank you, Nina, for making my stay memorable!"

Photos show an upgraded room! Excellent service and care from staff. We were welcomed and take care by Ms. Nina Li and Ms. Amy who checked us in. We were also upgraded to a nicer room so the photos are not of the original room.
Amenities- Pool was excellent, with nice loungers, towels and hair dryers. But it was closed in the afternoon until 5:00pm. That’s too long for cleaning. The pool staff were not at counter but they were next to pool. Pool area didn’t have water available for drinking. Gym was nice enough and spacious but equipment was lacking
Service- attentive, responsive and thoughtful . Ms. Li was able to speak Cantonese which was necessary and helped the check in process. When we requested two extra pillows they gave us choices and offered other options when it wasn’t available.
Room was clean and bed was soft. Pillows and robes were fluffy but Washroom plumbing had a funny smell,
Breakfast bacon could be better but sausages were ok. Whole wheat bread was very fresh but toaster doesn’t totally work (you need to stop the toasting manually.
No one helped us with our luggage when we arrived , but the staff did offer to help later in the evening when we were returning from dinner but it was too late. Check out is on 5th floor but more signage and having more staff on first floor would be better.
You can drive to Henqin port easily the area doesn’t have much traffic.
Overall the hotel is good value for money if you like swimming and the service was good.
