I could not find fault with anything about this hotel. We only stayed one night but they upgraded us and the room was so comfortable with a great view of the old town. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of vegan options which is very unusual so you can imagine how good it was for everyone else. The staff were so helpful and professional and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. A perfect choice for visiting a beautiful city.

Have stayed here before and it has always been a pleasant experience. Nice pool area, clean and spacious rooms, and good breakfast with adequate vegan options as well.
Only downside this time was that I was unable to connect my phone to the wifi, so I couldn’t cast content from my phone to the tv. This was a disappoinment as I had planned to have a quiet night in watching a movie. I was told that the wifi was down and there was nothing to do about it. Probably just bad luck but quite surprising considering how technologically advanced Estonia is.

Really nice hotell, good service, great breakfast, good location, close to many areas. It’s my second time at the hotel and I will surely come back.

fair price quality

Good repair, delicious breakfast, very friendly and kind staff at the reception, the room is well cleaned. There is no Russophobia among the staff, I really liked it, I will always stay at this hotel and recommend it to all my friends and everyone in general.
