Well located, however very high tourist tax!!!

Friendly and pleasant staff, attention no board games available, no reading area with magazines available, pity! Tourist tax too high.

An abandoned residence

More and more disappointed by the quality of the residence!! Regular of the place, I deplore its mismanagement...even the TV receives poorly the pictures

a FLEE

Apartment 406 l’Estacade. Magnificent view from the terrace but apart from that, outside wall of the master bedroom with huge cracks and worrying holes. Because of this interior wall largely cracked with a musty smell and a disgusting radiator unusable (fire risk)!!!
For a 4* , we get his sheets and his towels at the reception we make the bed with stained blankets. If we need a roll of toilet paper because the one in the room is largely started “normally we do not provide it “We arrive at noon we are told that the arrival is 5pm we wait in the car in a pouring rain and we deign to accept us at 4pm; IN SHORT a residence to flee!!!!!

Disappointed

Outdated accommodation, high tourist tax, 4 star rating not justified. Parking of the residence not accessible, fortunately the surrounding parking is free (at this season). Too bad, the area is nice.

Magnificent view, housing to renovate

Services must be separated from housing.
Nice welcome, responsive and clean residence.
The accommodation for 8 people is large, super well located but outdated.
No renovation in 8 years.The sofa is stoned,The crockery equipment is light.No whip to make mayonnaise,no mini-oven,no coffee cup,no coffee machine,the paintings are tasks.
A renovation is required!

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 100 end-of-stay cleaning fee, depending on the accommodation, is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays.
