Great.
Came for an operation at the Judge clinic, very good location (not even 10 min walk), 2 steps from the metro station and shops. The velodrome stadium is just a short walk away. We stayed 4 nights and felt like home. Super well equipped, there was nothing missing for our comfort. Very clean. And a great welcome. The rooms are spacious but available only from 3pm, however, there is a free luggage service which allowed us to enjoy all day without dragging our bags. Everything is nearby a pure happiness. Little nod to Anderson for his warm welcome. I recommend this aparthotel if you like the Prado in Marseille.

Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes at an empty reception before someone came to give us a key. By then, drugged guests had walked in and out the lobby several times. When leaving the elevator at our floor, the smell of cigarettes and weed overwhelmed us, and because of the large gaps under the doors, we had the same smell in our rooms. In the evening and until well after midnight, a group of guests on our floor that occupied several rooms was constantly switching rooms, slamming the doors and shouting, but even if they would've whispered we could've heard every word because of the poor acoustic insulation. When they finally went to bed, a loud fight in another room started... When complaining at the reception, we were promised someone would come over and check, but they never did. We basically spent the night reassuring the kids while going through the cancellation conditions and looking for an alternative hotel for the rest of the week (the decent wifi was pretty useful after all). Luckily, in the morning, someone at the reception felt bad for us just enough to not make a big fuzz about a cancellation and reimbursement. Well, other than that, the location was great, right next to the metro station, and it's too bad we didn't have the opportunity to try the swimming pool, but knowing the poor state of the rooms our hopes weren't too high anyway.

Beautiful clean and quiet apartments
Beautiful stay in these clean and recently renovated accommodations with taste.
Spacious and quiet accommodation with quick access to the Velodrome.
Hearty breakfast and parking at extra charge but which allows to have your vehicle safe during our stay

Good stay, good value for money
Well located close to metro, shops and velodrome.
Welcome, quick take of keys.
The staff is kind and kind.
The apartment is small for 4 people but clean and remains functional. The kitchen is very small too. The bed of the room is comfortable. The terrace is large but with opposite sides.
The presence of the pool is an undeniable asset.
The presence of underground parking is a plus than expensive compared to the parking of other hotels ( 19 euros / night).
We were able to have a good stay.
