Deplorable hygiene

Staff not friendly at the reception, lack of hygiene in the bathroom (the shower hose is broken and you could cut yourself by handling the shower balm, the floor of the shower is defective, the drainage of water from the shower is deplorable too). The coffee at breakfast is poor.

Last option

Extremely simple with a tiny toilet and plastic. You can tell the passage of time. Not to repeat except very tight budgets.
Breakfast is bad although it is good option being in a noiseless environment and the connection to the airport is easy.

Hotel da incubo!

Dirty hotel, hair everywhere in blankets, bedspread, bathroom sticky.
You forget the hairdryer? Forget that they even favor you to pay for it they offer you towels to dry your hair.
Drafts from the windows then the heaters unnecessarily activated.
The embarrassing breakfast with frozen products.
You only save the location maybe being the metro within walking distance.
If you do not want to spoil your holidays do not choose this hotel.

Horrible.

Come for a school trip we were on the 4th floor we arrived there was an insect bug invasion and all sorts of shower was complicated it was necessary to turn on the sink then the shower very bright even at 2:00 in the morning hygiene not top can store meals not very good

To escape... don't be fooled by the Award...

No service at the reception, insults guests when they are upset, no commitment kept on the requested adaptations... for breakfast, get up early and pray... no jam every other day, and the same for bread... dirty cutlery... the rooms are very noisy with uncontrolled late arrivals that make a lot of noise in the middle of the night... to flee!
