I had stayed the hotel 5years ago when they just opened.
After pandemic, it has changed their service such as no complimentary food for breakfast (although they offer great beverages for free and some nibbles in the evening). The breakfast is 20 euro for buffet style food which seemed a bit too expensive for us.
We can buy when is €12-15 as it's an average in the cafe.
Also the interior of lobby area can be updated such as power points location as well as more business type of furniture.
It was so brilliant and modern when i visited first time, but as many people do workation and remote works, the hotel can be slightly updated.
But still, this is my favourite hotel in Paris!

Good location and you don't hear the trains. Edwardo on reception was very helpful and friendly, the comp aperitifs are non alcoholic drinks only!

Very convenient from train arrival - special elevator to get to hotel from gare du nord so look for it
Has comfortable rooms and easy access to gare de est out the entrance

Great. Room small but great design and very clean. Beautiful aesthetic in Hotel, great location. Watch out, the shower is in the room!

Proximity to Gar’ de Est was perfect. I appreciated the safety of the property. The look and feel of it was wonderful and the sauna was a great perk!
