Well placed

Very friendly welcome. Very spacious room as well as the bathroom. About ten minutes from Cdg. the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening but possibility to be delivered or buy a snack in the front desk fridge. The shuttle only drops off at Terminal B so I walked 10 minutes to reach Terminal E.

Customer service is rude and race to Asian . Don’t come her

Today, March 22, at 7:20 am, I talked to a guy receptionist. He didn’t want to talk with the customer (me). I asked him where the breakfast area was and mentioned I forgot a key in the room. I asked him for a new one. He just pointed down and said to go eat. I persisted in asking for a key to go down the elevator for my mom since she’s hurt and wouldn’t be comfortable going downstairs on foot. He looked like he was ignoring me and again pointed downstairs, saying to come back after I finished eating.
What kind of reception does this represent for the hotel? He didn’t help at all. During the whole conversation, he was writing or doing something, not even looking at the customer. I’m a guy, and I think this hotel is being racist since I’m Asian American.
Note for future customers: Don’t come here due to the receptionist being rude, racist, and not respectful at all.
You will get stuck in the elevator if you forget a key. You can’t get down at all without a room key. If there’s a fire, you can’t get down. There’s nothing you can do if you’re stuck in the elevator.

A family friendly hotel

We had amazing staff through the entire 4 day stay. Very accommodating and friendly with an awesome side of character. The room was very comfortable. We found both the breakfast and dinner er on point. The recomended wine was well suited and fairly priced. The snack pizza behind the bar was handy for the kids and interestingly quite tasty. Funny how all food in Paris just tastes better, even the pre made pizza!
The only down side we had was sacrificing close proximity to the airport over the city and donating a small fortune to Uber.

Stayed for one night as a family of 5 after disneyland. Was concerned about the negative reviews; there was no need to be. Friendly helpful staff, fabulous comfy family apartment. When we had checked out we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi and someone ran down to give us a wallet that we had left in the room, they saved the day. Cant understood the negative reviews? Would stay again and would recommend

The room size is good compare the other 4star hotels. Has kitchen facilities. Facilities are new. Opened 2024. Has electrical car charging facility as well. Recommend this hotel.
