Clear Recommendation

We had a deluxe room in the 4th floor. Floor with all comforts, incl. Nespresso machine. Bed very comfortable, pillow for me unfortunately much too soft and thin. On request, there was even a neck support pillow. Shower very large . Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in any room. We were lucky that the temperatures were not high.
Food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff super nice.
All the sights are within walking distance in about 15-20 minutes, or by hop on hop of bus with stop outside.

Good location, good facilities, warm, friendly staff

The location with a 10 minute walk to the city center is ideal, especially due to the tram station right in front of the house. We had a deLuxe room with Nespresso machine. Beds and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast buffet was very versatile, evening buffet as well and also delicious. The New Year's Eve program was well organized. The staff are especially noteworthy, everyone met us friendly, helpful and warm. We felt very comfortable!

I couldnt find the climate control as the air was very dry. I woke up multiple times that night due to a sore throat.
The lamp on my nightstand was in a not ideal condition as the casing began to dismantle.
Orher than that the quite was good.

Comfortable pleasant room. Clean. Attentive staff apart from the Barman who needs to smile...
No coffee/tea/kettle in room.
Excellent range of foods for breakfast.
Great Gym attached to hotel for free.
Good location. 15 minutes walk from Zentrum. 5 minutes walk from Ralf Harbig Stadion to see Dynamo Dresden. 5 minutes walk from big park. Tram stop right outside the front of the hotel.

Very Good

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing. Internet was good. Bathroom was good. There is nothing to complain at all. Also there is a very good bar at the ground floor.
