Great hotel, great location!

Stayed for 3 nights Feb 18th-21st. Great hotel in great location. Family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids had a family room. Room was small but perfectly fine for a few nights. Location is excellent most places within walking distance (chocoversum 2 mins away deffo worth a visit and minitur wunderland about 15 mins) , and it is super easy to get around Hamburg with station just across the road. Everything you would expect a premier inn to be, check in quick and easy and all staff friendly and helpful. Our flight back was late and they held our luggage with no issues until we we're ready to leave. Would deffo return :)

Brilliant hotel brilliant location

We stayed here for three nights and our hotel was up to Premiers usual high standard. The room was a good size the breakfast buffet was excellent. Its situated in a brilliant location right next to the unesco world heritage warehouse district and only a twenty minutes walk from miniature wonderland where we visited over two day's.
The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the U Bhan railway station.
We're going back to Hamburg next November for a week and of course will be staying at this hotel.

Great Location

Stayed here last September, very happy can't faith this Hotel . Great location and good rooms and a nice bar. Walking distance to shops and local trips etc. Train station is only a couple of 100 yards away. Planning to go back in August and will stay here again.

Disappointing

Disappointing stay: the hotel is well located but the staff is not at all friendly, no room to store a little things, and impossible to open the windows all blocked! The ventilation we have been told about is not enough... We will not come back...

Not again

Most of the staff are rather unfriendly and musty. The service at the bar is weak (long waits for someone to come, unfriendly).
The breakfast room was hopelessly crowded on two days of our stay. Long waiting times and annoyed staff were the result.
Waiting times and unmotivated staff at check-in.
The rooms are no longer cleaned (only after 4 nights, although there are a total of 5 on site). Everywhere it says that the room cleaning can be requested at any time, but the echo of the lady at the reception turned out accordingly...
The hotel is in a good location, many sights are within walking distance.
Our next stay will be at another hotel.
