Romance with a Bridgerton feel

Those who want to enjoy a quiet, romantic getaway within Germany will definitely get their money's worth here.
You spend time in a beautiful castle surrounded by nature, which, in addition to homemade honey, delicious food in the adjoining bistro, an atmosphere that makes you feel like you have just been born into the Bridgerton family, also offers a rich history.
Napoleon and Emperor Willhelm II have already slept in the rooms of this castle and can look around if you ask nicely with the owner, a descendant of the castle builder.
We had a wonderful time here where my wife and I could get to know and love each other again in a different way.

A Summer's Evening

This was our second visit. The first was in the pouring rain! The Hotel is just outside Cologne and in the middle of a 27 Hole Golf Course. The Hotel itself is an old Schloss fully restored and modernised 20 years ago. We dined outside in the evening. The food was excellent. The breakfast room is now shared with the Golf Club but is a good continental breakfast. Bedrooms are excellent and you must see the Chapel!

Unique castle hotel

Beautiful location not far away from Cologne/Bonn airport (CGN) with a golf course attached. Excellent service and staff, nice restaurant, but the highlight is the building itself: a centuries old castle with according rooms. very small doors (you have to be like 5.10" to just walk through), small but luxurious rooms, and the atmosphere gives you a sense of history. Can recommend for example on a detour from Cologne. Especially for international travellers, stay one or two nights, it will be something to remember.

Amazing wedding venue

We stayed here last weekend for a wedding and had an amazing time.
stayed 2 nights. Lovely beds, slept so well, great bathrooms.
Wedding was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Lovely surroundings. Golf course!!
Would stay here again!!
German breakfast which was adequate. Great Curry wurst!!

Castle close to Cologne

This hotel converted from a previous lodge offers a great ambiance, wonderful traditional bar, and a delicious restaurant. Rooms were traditionally furnished, but nicely appointed and fairly large. I used it on business where I needed to travel to the Cologne suburbs and it was such fun to head out to the country each evening. We had a group all staying there, and each evening had the dining room mostly to ourself to continue business. I hope to stay again sometime.
