Different experience, great and spacious room

Staying at MN Hotel was definitely different. First, it was a little difficult to find the hotel (the GPS address is confusing and the entrance is kind of hidden). Since there is no front desk and people available at the property, it might be a problem if you have problems with the room door or anything (you get a code to check in and open the door).
The room is GREAT, very spacious, clean and new. If you need anything during your stay (and if you need it fast), it might be a problem. We stayed there for 24 hours and I didn’t see any staff (housekeepers) and the hotel is far from Mindelheim.
It’s a different experience but if you have a car, just stay there! Great cost for what they offer. :)

What a gam

We looked for an affordable place outside Munich during Oktoberfest, and found the perfect spot.
It was only an hour drive, which wasn’t that bad, and cost us a quarter of the price they asked for in the city.
The room was very clean and cozy and they had everything we needed in the room to make a nice dinner and breakfast.

Great place to stay and convenient for Memmingen airport too

We stayed here on our last night of our week long trip to Bavaria and it was one of the nicest places that we stayed in terms of the room. The location of MN hotel isn't amazing as it's opposite some sort of factory but it's close to Mindelheim centre and only about 20 minutes from Memmingen airport which is why we stayed there as we had a morning flight.
The value for money was great and the room we stayed in was huge. It was almost big enough to be an apartment and it even had kitchen facilities. The bathroom was just amazing - the shower was great!
The only slight negative was the pre check in process. We booked through booking.com but then received an email from the hotel asking for a form to be filled in in order to be able to get the code for the room on the day (as there are no staff - you just get a check in code and a code for opening the door thereafter). There was no way of switching the form to English so I had to google translate some of it. This was fine as I was at home at the time but if we'd been away from home this would have been a bit more cumbersome and awkward. It's just something to be aware of.
Overall though we had a great stay, it suited our need to stay near the airport and was great value for money.

Excellent but Special

This is a truly excellent property and our stay was wonderful! You must understand that this hotel has no restaurant,bar,etc. It is just hotel rooms with no reception (it's done by email and code locks). That said: the rooms and bathrooms are first class. They are large by American studio suite standards and gigantic by European standards. We had a king bed, kitchen with large refrigerator (think American home standard), 2 burner induction stove top and microwave. The bath beats most American Hiltons and Marriotts with a huge walk in rainforest shower. The beds were truly excellent (German kings are 2 twins together and it works great). Good restaurants are within a 2 minute drive. Try the King of Kabobs if you like Greek or Turkish food. Otherwise go into town for a full selection of German and Italian restaurants. I will return in a minute to this great hotel/motel!

Kurzurlaub

Obwohl das Hotel äußerst günstig ist würden wir dort nicht mehr nächtigen wollen. Im Zimmer lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Raum, der entweder von den Schimmelablagerungen im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer stammt oder aus dem Abfluss kommt. Vermutlich aber eine Kombination aus beidem. Auch Fingerabdrücke der vorherigen Gäste und Staubablagerungen waren überall zu sehen. Bei einem Preis von 40€ pro Nacht gebe ich trotzdem zwei Sterne statt einem.
