Was better than expected. Quality of fittings higher than anticipated. Bit of a treck to Messe and difficult to get a taxi when conferences on.

I forgot a Cardigan in the wardrobe in the room and Mr Kojk was very helpful and had sent me the promised email shortly after we talked on the phone! Thanks for the effort to send me my cardigan homebound to me ☺️

The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great.

Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and has a tram station across the wat ,100 yards which is the U 702 which takes 20 into Dusseldorf.Ratingen itself is a quaint little town with a lovely market square.Only downside to the hotel was no air conditioning especially as we had a heatwave with temperatures in the 30s.Staff were nice and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Good hotel, close to downtown.
Reception was good. Rooms unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Although the reservation office had confirmed it separately.
