Cheap apartment

The stay in Metaxa Appartments was good. The rooms were cleaned every day but towels were changed only after 4 days which is not acceptable. It is a good accommodation for the money you are paying. The pool is in nearby place but can be used.

Very nice and cheap accomodation

We stayed in Metaxa Appartments for 5 nights. Everything was very good. The lady who cleamed the rooms came every day to make the beds, wash the toilet and the floors. The only negative thing is that they didn't changed the towels until the last day. It is a very good accomodation for the money they ask for. Cleaned, comfortable bed and good wifi. The pool from the images, as it is written on the accomodation announcement is from another villa, but you can use it whenever you want between 9:00am. and 20:00pm.

The picture with the swimmingpool are not the appartments!!

The picture with the swimmingpool: the appartments are not the one you stay in!! Your appartments are further in the street in another complex, much less relaxing!! The appartments are in the back of a restaurant and next to a Greek restaurant: twice a week there was loud music and screaming people. Are you coming for a relaxing holiday: don't go here. You will get clean towels after 4 days.. There is no reception for your questions. We asked for 1 bed for 2 persons, we got 2 seperate beds put together. Pillows where not comfortable, the bedcover contained blood spot, mattresses where good.

Really nice apartments in Kavos

Stayed here for 10 days in June/July 2014. Very nice apartments, and the pool area (located at Konstantina apartments 1 min down the street) is probably the best one in Kavos (Amazing food there as well!). The rooms looked clean and new, with a nice balcony and kitchen area. Towels and bedding were supposed to be changed twice a week, but we had to ask for it to be changed after 4 days, but other than that it was very nice. (Had some friends living in another hotel, and ours looked like luxury compared to that. Most of the other places are party places, worn down and not that nice at all.) Aircondition and parking was free of charge.
Both these apartments and the rest of the family business is really great. (Oven Pub, Metaxa and Konstantina is all run by the same family). We did not know that Kavos was the party place it is before we came, but the street we lived in was a bit quieter than "the Strip", witch was really nice. Some great restaurants, and quiet bars. (We ate at Oven Pub 4 out of 9 nights - amazing!)
Also, because it was located 5 minutes from "the strip" it was reasonably quiet, and we did not have any trouble sleeping despite the crazy crowds of young people drinking all night.

Family travel

This is well located nice hotel.
We were at july and there was a lot of young people having parties. They didn`t disturb us, but occasionally there was some loud shouting in the yard and roads.
Air condition was free of charge and car parking was also free
