Nice hotel with swabs

Very friendly staff at reception. Nice location above Kalo Livadi bay, but you need a vehicle to get to the beach or to the nearest town.
Restaurant with delicious dishes, but very manageable menu. In addition, the price-performance ratio is not right. 16 euros for a coffee and a small beer are really excessive.
Nice room with modern decor, comfortable bed, private pool and views of the bay.
However, there must be no structural defects in a five-star hotel. The entry ladder into the private pool was not usable and threatened to tear down. The water in the shower did not drain properly and remained on the floor all day. That's better.

Warm hospitality, beautiful room, overall great experience

My sister and I recently stayed at the resort in mid September 2024. Our room was beautiful - overlooking the pool, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful. Special mention to: Nikolina, Aggelos, Christos, Eva & Spartakos. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality.

Satisfied but could be better

Pension is clean, helpful staff.
Small flat for the bubble bathtub outside which is not heated (26 degrees...) and the Awards are really exaggerated, 60€ for a bottle of rosé wine...
Otherwise the place is beautiful but you need a car to be able to move a little because there is not much to see nearby.

Poor Value and Unsafe Access to the Beach

The hotel’s advertising claims that it is only 300 meters from the beach, similar to competing hotels, but this is misleading. Unlike other nearby hotels that offer bus services to the beach, Radisson does not provide any such transport, making the walk a challenge, especially since I twisted my ankle twice on the way. A five-star hotel should ensure safer access to the beach and clearly communicate the true distance and difficulty involved. Additionally, while the staff were attentive, the overall experience did not reflect the quality expected from a Radisson property. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as it lacks the necessary amenities and safety measures for guest comfort.
