Nice hotel very close to the center

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date. The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities. I really recommend this hotel to families as well.

Over priced for the services

The reception was very poor, we had to wait 5-10 minutes in front of the reception desk, waiting for “the Boss” finish his landline phone conversation.
Wellness is mentioned in the hotel advertisement but the use of sauna if for extra fee, the bathrobe is for extra fee, there is no slippers available. The hotel is supposed to be a four stars one.
Parking in the garage is for extra fee (3000HUF/ approx: 7 Euros).
The wellness is shall be a quite place for relaxation, but there is no signs on how to behave ( silence, no jumping, etc) by the hotel.
The location is great about 5 minutes walking towards the city centre. The breakfast is satisfying, except the juice which is very poor quality. The room was clean and comfortable.
Well, all in one we believe that this hotel doesn’t reach the standards of four stars, it is over priced for the services one get there.

Lack of service

This is a hotel that lacks service. We did not get our room at check-in due to lack of cleaning. We were then offered three other rooms, none of which were approved. The reception was not informed and we therefore had to take the lift up and down in the hope of finding a room. It is strange that the hotel is still on booking.com's list

This in my sole opinion was not a 4* hotel feeling. The room was not clean. The daily cleaning was really poor. The mini bar was, well, it was there :) The soap in the bathroom seemed very much water-y :)
I really did not like this stay.
The strongest point of this hotel was the parking- it was there. It was solid.

nice weekend

stuff...stuff..stuff....Eva,Eva,Petra...nice,helpfull...with big smile...always with good advice....THANK YOU SO MUCH....Good position of the hotel...breakfast good,normal,warm...pool is smal but it is enough to relax...it is quite place....and one more time,thanks to all stuff for Your kindness....
