It was amazing stay. The staff were extremely good and courteous. Will go back whenever I go to Goa

Beautifully located property. However, many elements related to maintenance and upkeep were sub par.
1. The first impression of the room was that there was a drainage issue in the bathroom. We quickly left after checking to travel in the city while informing the front desk for it to be fixed. When we returned late evening, the issue persisted and there was still water clogging in the bathroom. It was finally fixed after a second request.
2. The Wifi was interrupted continuously with an initial landing page of pay- for - service which was later clarified by the front desk to be an error.
3. The balcony latch was also broken and we have to get that fixed as well. It seemed like we were there for a hotel inspection and audit rather than vacation
4. We also believe that these issues were of less importance to the staff because we explicitly overheard them talking that we would be checking out the next day (this was on day 2 of the stay).

Excellent Place to stay
Excellent place to stay in Goa.
Excellent food by Chef Anthony and hosting by Atul.
Try Chicken Cafreal authentic Konkani food.
A must try hotel for family.
Rooms and Infinity Pool are upto mark.
Staff is very humble and supportive.
Housekeeping is Good

Nehal and enrik were very good in service
Amazing hotel, great service. The hotel staff right from reception to room service was exceptional. Enrik with room service and Nihal in the executive lounge were simply outstanding. I would love to keep coming here again and again for the great things they have and things remaining to explore.

Disappointing stay at Hilton
I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at a Hilton property, but my experience was marred by disappointing housekeeping standards. Initially, we were assigneda twin room, but after switching to a king room, we found trash on the floor and a clogged shower drain that caused water to flood the room. Although we received an upgrade, a similar issue recurred when I took a shower in the spa area - again, the drain was clogged. The service was also slow, I had to call 4-5 times to get a scissors to open my suitcase zip lock. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like Hilton overlook such basic maintenance checks, compromising the guest experience.
