Restaurant

We we’re running late at the restaurant. Alba looked after us and we got our food with very little delay. Alba was so attentive and efficient which made our dining experience so enjoyable. The Hotel is excellent and a great location. The Bar manager was a lovely guy who visited every table .

Great Meal

Great evening meal, friendly service by Gonzalo, really great experience! Food was really tasty and had a lovely time. Hotel in great location and all staff on reception were very nice indeed and provided lots of useful information about Dublin

Lovely hotel shame about the restaurant

My rating would be a lot higher as this is an ideal location for me and accessing the airport and office, hotel is always clean and the rooms are quiet and comfortable but I had a very poor experience of the restaurant for dinner, long delays, wrong food order served and got charged for the wrong order after I sent it back. Issues with till receipt meant refund could not be arranged immediately but manager did get the money refunded to me several days later.

The room is very clean and the bed is cozy. The breakfast is good and the service was excellent. It was absolutely great spot, so handy place that was really in front of the croke park hotel. I will comeback to this hotel again. Definitely highly recommended.

Service was exceptional & professional staff.

Amparo was exceptionally good with her service, we will be back!! The service was grand. Clean washrooms, ample and secure parking was provided free of charge. And nothing beats a warm place with a large screen to watch a game in the cold nights like today!
