A Great Hotel, Highly Recommended
We had a really comfortable stay in a very friendly, family run hotel. The hotel is very well run and the housekeeping standards are extremely high. All the staff were very professional. We stayed on a half board basis and thought the food was very good. You could order eggs at breakfast.
The hotel is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the nearest lift. The ski bus stops outside but we rented skis and a locker at the ski school near the Boe lift, which made it ski in/ski out as there is a button lift next to the ski school.
The only negative was the very uncomfortable pillows, but this was very quickly rectified when we requested some more.

A recommended restaurant.
I state that I did not stay at the hotel but I had dinner at the restaurant on the street floor. After trying the first evening, we returned to dine there for the duration of the holiday. Variety on the menu, specializing in meat and Ladin dishes. Great flexibility of the chef to the requests of diners and excellent service from two young but prepared guys. The choice to keep products especially for celiacs and gluten intolerant is commendable. Prices in line with those of Corvara (a dinner for two is around 75/80 euros, a glass of wine included). Beautiful atmosphere of the place with hanging photos of a local photographer.

Lovely, hospitable and professionally run family hotel
I've stayed here two years running, and have found the same excellent standards in both years. The owners and their staff are kind, hospitable, and friendly, yet at the same time properly professional.
Food is very good indeed - by far the best I've enjoyed in seven stays in Corvara/Badia - and excellent VFM for demi-pension. The hotel provides an abundant breakfast, and 4-course dinner of mainly local ingredients imaginatively prepared, and accompanied by interesting wines - many local - dispensed by a very pleasant and knowledgeable sommeliere.
Housekeeping standards are very high, and the hotel is beautifully clean throughout.
The hotel is in a lovely setting, with mountain views from bedrooms and dining room (you just can't escape them lovely Dolomites!). It's located just off the top of the main street and very near the town's wonderful, naturally filtered lake/swimming pool.
Highly recommended, and in a great position to explore (by public transport or on foot) the town and the region.
(N.B. I've given up on the route from Venice and its long road trip, and instead fly to Innsbruck, thence by train and bus to Corvara. Hope this helps.)

Run away
Bright rooms, in fact as soon as dawn you will be flooded by a shining light since there are no shutters and blackout curtains, at night then in summer you will be accompanied by the warmth of winter duvets that will allow you a free sauna alternatively wool blankets type and size military. In the morning then cheap breakfast and if you want water you have to pay for it. Waiters instead are kind to avoid a direction in disarray

Ci dispiace molto leggere una recensione di questo tipo dopo che abbiamo cercato in ogni modo di farla stare bene nella nostra struttura. La camera occupata è una bellissima camera Superior di 33 mq, molto ampia che viene sempre molto apprezzata dai nostri clienti, infatti non abbiamo mai avuto nel corso di tantissimi anni una lamentela per quanto riguarda la luminosità all’interno della camera, dato che abbiamo le tende oscuranti. Lei è il primo caso. Per quanta riguarda i piumoni, noi in montagna le utilizziamo tutto l’anno, anche perché non raggiungiamo mai temperature elevate ed è poi nostra tradizione (uso). Comunque basta chiedere le lenzuola classiche all’italiana e subito vengono cambiate, quindi non capiamo quale fosse il problema. Per quanto riguarda l’acqua ogni mattina ne abbiamo preparata per voi.
Poi leggere un titolo del genere da una persona che parcheggia la macchina in maniera trasversale occupando 3 posti macchina non ci fa proprio effetto. Siamo rimasti stupiti ed increduli tanto che abbiamo dovuto scrivere un biglietto per farla spostare. Assurdo. Infine dobbiamo noi scappare da clienti maleducati e indesiderati come Voi che urlano in sala offendendo i camerieri rimasti peraltro anche loro molto male.
Prima di partire la Sua Signora ci ha ancora ringraziato dicendoci che siamo stati molto gentili e stati molto bene.

Only one night
Just one night, too bad. Courtesy, cleanliness, kindness, at the base of a great structure. Too bad it was only one night x work, I will be back. Superb dinner and rich and plentiful breakfast. Attention for guests in the room and a buffet always rich and stocked. Good keep it up
