Great location, parking, great Wi-Fi and clean rooms!

Recently renovated hotel
All amenities and excellent cleanliness.
The guys who work there are all nice and impossible not to become friends!
Great location and great breakfast.
I always return very gladly as soon as I have work commitments in Modena!
Private parking in front of the property and
many nearby restaurants without having to take the car

Very good for a 3 star

Very nice and well maintained reception and lobby. The elevator, the floors and the room I occupied (I don't know the others) would need a little more maintenance. In any case the rooms and bathroom were spotless. Very friendly and kind staff. Rich breakfast. The location is strategic, opposite the polyclinic, about two kilometers from 'Hesperia Hospital and about 2 km from the center. These areas can be reached with a nice walk of about 20-30 minutes maximum (done in both directions) through parks and along cycle-pedestrian paths or by calling a taxi (they work h24, take about 10 minutes for one of the routes and a cost of 10-11 euros). A good solution in front of the Polyclinic and halfway from both the center and the H.O.

Disappointing Stay-but Great staff

Was not what we were expecting. The room was small, bed was not comfortable, the flooring in our room was missing planks. Our room was on the front of the hotel, so our room was very loud with the road so close and the hospital across the street. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was basic hotel spread. No AC and no screens on windows, so we had to choose between being hot, bugs and noise.

I mean...

I stayed one night, bedroom acceptable, but in the bathroom it was full of mold on the wall and there was a bug. Uncomfortable pillows, throughout the night you could hear many sounds of doors opening and closing making sleep impossible. Breakfast included with very little choice, but acceptable. Nothing big for the price tag.
