WARNING: Indoor noise problems. BAD room. NOT a suite.
The junior suite is just a bigger room. The door to the balcony is broken. It requires technical skill to open and close it, especially when you are out on the balcony. Mosquitoes, because of this, have free access to the room. The balcony was filthy.
When it comes to lighting in the room, it's "all lights" - or nothing. Bedside lamps, cannot be switched on and off, separately. The bed creaks a lot - and there was no duvet. We had to threaten to report to the police, before we got a duvet delivered, at the end of the evening.
The breakfast was okay. The television only has Italian channels.
There are several good shops and restaurants in the immediate area - and the distance to the metro is short.
It must strongly be advised NOT to rent this B&B.

Absolutely avoid
The room itself is apparently beautiful, but it certainly does not reflect the cleaning guidelines of a b&b that has the courage to call itself "Palermo inn suite",
Hair in the bed (not ours) stains on the pillowcases, dust everywhere.
The first day after their 'cleaning' I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control... and it goes round and round... oops it remained in the sheets where I had forgotten it... and how do you make the bed at home?
What's more, upon my return they had started 'work' in my bathroom (without warning) I believe that before our arrival the problem already existed but they waited until the last moment (I don't think it broke that day) to seal it the bathroom sink and support it with a rusty iron stick, the following morning they warn me of the work already in progress and ask me if they can continue but at that point I had already decided to leave... I swear I have never seen anything like that.
If you come on holiday, don't even think about staying with them, the alarm clock is at 7.30 with the girls who are oblivious to the rest of the guests, while preparing breakfast it seems as if you are sleeping in a restaurant, the noise of cupboards banging plates and glasses, and their sweet chats, they are also very kind but if they were more "delicate" it would be better, not to mention the symphony of the boiler in the background, a sweet and delicate whistle that will accompany your dreams.
Last...balcony and view...and what a view...if you don't first stumble on a 20cm step near a low railing...
Avoid staying here.. far from the center, far from the sea.. the area seems not very quiet and very dirty to me..
I made a big mistake by booking this B&B.

Edificio antiguo bien reciclado, lejos del centro, el colchón vencido , desayuno muy bien
Edificio antiguo, bien reciclado, lejos del centro , requiere bus para moverse al centro , desayuno variado , la dueña muy amable , servía el desayuno , podrían mejorar el colchón vencido.recomendable a pesar de la ubicación.
