Good experience

Stayed 3 nights with the family, clean room and good breakfast, the owner was kind and helpful, they accept dogs without problems, location a little far from the center but very quiet. car parking

Reservation not reserved. no professionalism, rudeness and total inability to solve a problem caused by the gesture

Be careful in this hotel you could find yourself without a room, booked long in advance due to the owners' inability to manage, this is what happened to my husband and me on 30 and 31 December 2023.
On the afternoon of the 30th I called the property to inform them that we would be arriving in the evening, at that moment we discovered that our room had been reserved for others, the owners fell from the clouds and with great rudeness without apologizing, they said that they didn't know how to help us, that they couldn't waste time on us. We discovered that they had written down our wrong address and didn't even communicate by sending us an email. The risk was sleeping in the car, luckily after an hour of phone calls we managed to find accommodation in another facility paying double. I think all this is serious, above all I want to underline the total inability of the owners to carry out their work and the great rudeness.

Affordable, acceptable.

I stayed here last month. I saw it had not been reviewed on Tripadvisor for 7 years. Wow! I thought it would be right to add a line. I booked this hotel because it was affordable, and not too far from Cervinia ski area. This was the cheapest hotel i could find. The room was big enough, it was very clean. The facilities were good. Breakfast was included. This hotel was totally ok. If you need somewhere cheap in the area, I would recommend.

Old and dated, but clean and decent value

This is obviously not designed to be a luxury hotel and thus the reasonable prices for the area. But the thing that made our stay pleasant was that the staff are really friendly and helpful. Even though they speak almost zero English, we were able to communicate and they recommended an excellent restaurant and were able to help us deal with a situation where we had booked two rooms when we only needed one and were nice enough to not insist on charging us for the 2nd room even though we were well past the free cancellation period.
