You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a 3.15% Surcharge for all bookings online. On Checking -in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification. The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. There is a refundable bond of NZD $150 for incidental charges and damages, if any, for the stay while paying in Cash or Debit Card. Please Note: Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.
