Lovely hotel, close to Rialto Bridge
We arrived around midday and went to drop our bags at the hotel. We were welcomed warmly and offered a complimentary drink while they checked our room. Luckily our room was ready early so we could freshen up and leave our bags.
The hotel is on a lovely quiet square but very close to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. St Mark's Square was less than 10 minutes walk
We had a family room with 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our family of four. There was a safe, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and TV's in both rooms. The beds were firm but comfortable, the pillows were soft and rooms were quiet. We had no issues sleeping at all.
There's a supermarket just down an alley way and across a bridge. We picked up water, some croissants and fruit for breakfast then next morning and the coffee pods in the room made good coffee.
There were bottles of drink and some snacks in the room you could purchase but we didn't try any

Great attention in their lobby; they explained everything well. They walked us to the apartment and helped us with our bags. They even upgraded our apartment which was really sweet! They have a smooth online check-in process and also took care of our bags before checking in and after as well. The location was great and everything was clean. Highly recommend.

A Venetian gem!
We chose Palazzo San Luca for a two- night stay in Venice … and are delighted we did! Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, and a tiny terrace overlooking the square made for a romantic and memorable experience.
The only noises to break the quiet were voices drifting up from the square as people strolled through and the church bells tolling the hours. If you are looking for an authentic Venetian experience, just steps from the main path, I highly recommend the Palazzo! Grazie mille.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, centrally located, responsive staff
Hotel is couple of minutes walk from Rialto bridge and water taxi station. Centrally located and walkable to all the happening places around. Property is very well maintained. We stayed in the corner suite for 4 guests (family with teens). The interiors looked old style, but very clean and spacious with two comfortable beds. The bathroom is modern, spacious and clean.
The suite was in second floor (one level above ground-level). There are no elevators (I guess none of the properties there have one). You have to note this if you need to carry big suit cases. One issue we faced was the water kind of ran out in the morning. I called them and they immediately came and mentioned it will take few minutes to pump and fill, which was resolved in few minutes. The cleaning of rooms on consecutive stays is provided on request, but they provided clean towels when we requested.
We arrived past mid-night when no one was available in person to check-in. I contacted them through phone and informed about late arrival. The hotel staff (Think his name is Cozmi!) provided details about online check in and helped me step by step instructions to reach the hotel and provided digital codes to access the building and left the access cards to the suite. I had lot of questions on how to reach Venice due to late arrival. They provided detailed instructions and options to reach from airport to hotel and even offered to arrange private water taxi to pick us up. We decided to follow their instructions and took bus and water taxi, which was less expensive.
It is was to contact the staff and they responded to WhatsApp messages until mid-night and they were easy to reach. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed two nights in this hotel in a room with a terrace (before checking into the hotel, the hotel administration contacted us and offered this room since such an opportunity arose and we agreed to the change)
Big advantages of the hotel:
- location (five minutes walk from the river transport station)
- cleanliness in the hotel and in the room itself
- polite staff and good service
- very cozy
