It is still new and clean, and the large public bath is large compared to other Route Inn hotels and is reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet also had octopus rice.

Super helpful reception staff who spoke good English and helped me book the massage and recommended a great Izakaya nearby for dinner.
The massage itself was however pretty average.
Breakfast not bad although the male staff seemed annoyed after I entered around 8:50am, but continued eating until after 9:00am. Perhaps the hotel should make it clearer if 9:00am is the last entry time or need to leave by 9:00am.
