Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, more than enough clothes storage, adequate provision of toiletries and beverages.
Had buffet breakfast just once, the variety was really lovely. The dining area was well spaced out too.
The gym was okay except reception was unmanned. I also didn't observe a CCTV system in case of an emergency.
The roof top pool, with sun loungers was beautiful.
Hotel is strategically located 3 minutes from the bus terminal and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
I forgot an item in the room which was brought to their attention via email...this has been found...thank you.
It would be nice to have a free luggage weighing machine instead of charging €1 every time luggage is placed on it.
The room doors slam loudly on closing and guests have to remember to hold the door otherwise other guests are disturbed.
This was my first time visiting Malta which is a beautiful country. Staying at Mayflower hotel added to the beauty of this country. I will definitely be back....thank you!

One of the best features of this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a bus stop at the end of the road, and from there, we could easily travel everywhere we wanted with just one bus. This made exploring Malta incredibly simple and stress-free.
The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The prices in the local establishments were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. The locals themselves were also extremely friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mayflower Hotel for its cleanliness, courteous staff, and excellent location. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to explore Malta with ease while enjoying a comfortable and friendly environment.

Only real gripe is TV is in German, I did ask if they could reset to English and engineer did visit but still the same after, in fact worse as he had cleared the netflix account for a german user but at least they were in English. BBC not available for remembrance day.
