Hotel was amazing, food & service, hotel rooms need attention to detail, cosmetic touches that don’t make it look like it’s falling apart, in my rooms bathroom specially the shower ceiling was broke it’s looked horrible but I only stayed there 2 nights. Besides that everything was good

I only give 4 stars to hotel because there's 2 elevators and only one was working so it was taking forever to use it, and internet was very slow

The hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms with 2 beds were fine but single bed rooms were terrible, everything old and damaged. Stuff on reception was almost never smiling and English level was poor. The beach was cool as well as activities on the beach. Food 6/10. We saw some seafood, but always huge line to hot table. No snack option and offer to get cocktails on the beach is very slow. Area is dangerous to be walking alone.
Good part: the hotel had good access and options for people with disabilities. Nevertheless only 2 elevators operated with very small room. Shows in the night were interesting as well.
Our family will not choose this hotel again unfortunately.

Beach/waves were great nice to listen to, but rough to swim in. Room clean, bartenders friendly and nice, wait staff ok, some were great others were not—no grey area. Food sub-par, listed amenities were 3 restaurants, but it was 1 and a buffet at that. The buffet food less then a 3 star if that. Repetitive, old, felt that some were left over from day before and reheated for breakfast. Milk only for breakfast, cereal get there early for freshness. Grill was great but was limited to “daily” resort choices, so if you did not want fish and there was no alternative protein besides beans on the buffet, poor me. Could not even request a chicken breast. Guess chickens must be hard to come by. Very few choices for non-alcoholic cold beverages. Wound up going to OXXO for snacks (none provided mid-day) and pop bottled no poorly mixed fountain. Be sure to bring small denominations for tips, everyone wants tips. Personal complaint, I could sit at a table, waiting for utensils and napkins, plus a cup of coffee forever and no waiter. BUT is my husband was along, all things changed, couldn’t help enough. Advice, get names and reward those, that deserve it, more generously. All that said we also learned Acapulco was hit in 2023 with hurricane john and in 2024 with Otis. They are doing all they can to rebuild, so maybe the food supply chain is broken. Oh and 1 elevator for 17 floors, plan ahead.

Only one elevator works, the rooms are dirty, the food is repetitive, and the service is very poor.
