Satisfacción total.

Excelente servicio, muy buena experiencia lo recomiendo ampliamente muy acogedor, ldeal para descansar y muy seguro. El personal muy atento a 10 min del centro de la ciudad muy cerca de lugares donde se come comida oaxaqueña muy rica.

Locked and chained in at night

The owner locks and chains the hotel at night; there is no way to get out. There is no reception, no Concierge or daily maid service-heck it is difficult to have the garbage emptied, get toilet paper, clean towels or even have someone answer the phone to let you out because this place is locked with chains and more. This is an industrial road and not a safe area waiting for someone to come and unlock the massive gate was absolutely horrible!
I asked for a blanket and was given a filthy, smelly blanket that has probably never been washed.
The adverts claim there is a patio outside-there is not. There is a dirt area that is full of loose dirt making it impossible to even walk on. There is little to no hot water and the owner claims there is. This is a bare, echoing space that usually has no guests because it is so bad. This hotel is not worth $5.00 a night and being locked in with the keys at least 15 minutes away makes this an extremely unsafe place.

Pésima comida

Fui a pasar navidad y era un pre-fixed menu, la crema de nuez era lo único rescatable, pedí el plato vegetariano y tenía chapulines con mayonesa, cómo es posible que el plato vegetariano tenga animales! El servicio más lento imposible y la gente cero serviciales

El lugar tiene platos típicos oaxaqueños. Con muy buen sazón pero en cantidades pequeñas, en cuanto a costo, debido al tipo de comensal enfocado es caro. Pero el turista lo paga.... bueno a secas. Para antojos y platos tipicos hay otras opciones mas baratas... su personal es muy atento y amable lo mejor del lugar.
