Rooftop unforgettable!

Although not staying at the hotel, we come (every morning) for breakfast on the Rooftop.The service is perfect, the view is magical, the breakfast formulas perfect and good value for money.
Really do not sulk your pleasure ... climb to the Rooftop!

Come for an evening drink

We climbed the many steps to reach the rooftop to enjoy the sunset.
The view is exceptional but the service for 3 non-alcoholic cocktails was not great (much too long and nobody cares whether you placed an order or not)
Several choices were no longer available during our visit (unfortunate)
Anyway, I'm not going back.

Deceptive

We came at 2pm for brunch, but it was no longer on offer.
We could only have pancakes and kebab.
Honestly, pancakes are too sweet.
The espresso coffee is very good, the coffee hit medium.
The only point here is the view.
Too bad we expected better.

How unserious

I showed up at the reception and the guy tells me that he can not take care of my reservation because of a computer problem, all lies, the point is that the hotel is overbooked and my single room, already paid for three nights, changed it to a collective cave of 6 beds. With them I refused, the guy splitting the box, and I had to leave to find my life, losing money since they will return me when booking.com deems it convenient. Anyway, little seriousness no, the following, the bad time they give you and leaving you lying, I do not recommend it nor will I ever recommend

TRY TO TALK PROFESSIONALLY

They said that the hostel is over booked , we can sleep in the dormitory, we said no , they wanted to rent a cheap room in another hotel , close to the amount that we paid, I refused to stay in that room , then he accused me of seeking drugs cause I'm so aggressive ( normally after wasting hours awaiting and refusing to pay for a decent room) they called me Racist , than he said I'm crazy , luckily for them I don't have time otherwise I would go to the police for what they saiiiid ,
