Perfect place to Enjoy Ngwe Saung
I booked 3 nights and I stayed 7 :) it was a great time, the owners and stuff always very helpful, kind and friendly, well located, clean, every room has windows, fresh shower, the restaurant has good quality and tasty plus good prices, breakfast included is different every day, comfortable common areas, they have bike & bicycle for rent, tours and more, just ask! it's quiet perfect to rest and read, my visit at Dream Guesthouse couldn't be better.

it is michael from dream house and sorry for the late reply, anyway thank you so much for the very nice recommendation and we are very happy that you love our place and we wish to welcome you again on the future if possible and we are improving this place for sure and there will be many changes on the future in our place.
now we are upgrading the down stair rooms and we fixed the air con for them already and we plan to fix the heater for coming season and we will improve the room view for next season for sure we will grow more bamboo on the compound and then we will make the a little forest view inside the compound and we believe people will love the real nature view of the forest.
anyway thank you so much for the very nice stay and understanding everything, we were doing the best since the business stared and we will do the best on the future too as much as possible for us here so we hope to see you again next time and we will be looking forward to see you here again, we all wish you are all escaped from the coronor virus threat and taking care yourself and beloved family.

Amazing & friendlY & quiet
I was suppose to stay couple of days then i extend because the amazing family atmosphère....they are so sweet... i really enjoy the time here . Its was simple but Perfect, thats way we are looking for wen we are backpackers . The breakfast change every day its also something simple but they make the différence. I dont have any things els to say except if you décide to take magical time not far from yangon YOU HAVE TO COME HERE! The bus from yangon drop you front of the Dream house and they pick you up on the same place. Good services! One of dream to come back in this house...

normally the bus drop you off the guest house in front and pick you up the guest house directly for return and it will be very comfortable to wait the bus onsite restaurant without ruining the time at bus station and we have the plan to fix the air-con for down stair rooms and we will sell them for the best prices for our valued guest later.

Bargain in a good location.
The hostel was perfect for a few nights in Ngwe Saung. 10 minutes walk to beach. Rooms were clean but bed linen and towels were old and had stains.
The food in the restaurant was okay and it is nice to sit there but the length of time it took for cocktails and one of our groups meal to come was nearly an hour! Staff were helpfulat times, at other times it felt like they thought they were doing us a favor by cooking dinner and cocktails for us, even though we were paying.
Overall you get what you pay for and I would recommend dreamhouse for those on a budget.

we like to explain you about the foods cooking process here, according to the FDA, eating fresh foods is more naturious than frozen foods for health, less trouble and more delicious and the way to cook fresh foods is buying straight and cooked right away because choosable to buy the real fresh foods from market and people prefer the fresh foods nowadays and they dont care the time for those benefits they will gain and we do the same way for you here and we guarantee that our food is 100% fresh in our restaurant.

Overall very good, Micheal service very good, tries to accomodate and do things for guests to keep them happy. Only drawback upper story rooms very thin matted walls, so can basically hear your neighbors, so downstairs recommended having concrete brick walls.

Awesome place to stay
Lovely family who are very friendly and helpful. The young guy in particular, he cooked us heaps of delicious food, fixed my motorbike and organized everything for us! Something different and delicious for breakfast each day!
Just a short walk into town and to the beach. Great value for money
There’s some construction going on, but honestly it didn’t bother me as it was only in the morning from about 9am so we were usually about to leave by that point! I definitely wouldn’t let this stop you from staying here.
