Good location, nice staff

The hotel was in a great location. The local tram stop outside wasn’t running but it’s only a 7 minute walk to the main station which was 8 minutes on the tram to central. There are also buses and trains at this stop too that you can get onto and all tickets are purchased inside.
The room itself was as expected, comfy bed and clean and tidy when we arrived.
Only downside to the rooms was the cleaning service in the day. We had left the to clean sign on the room but it was not cleaned and we were only given 1 main towel for the 2 of us. When I requested another we didn’t receive one. Also when we arrived there was no fresh toilet roll , just an almost empty roll and no spare. However when the room was cleaned the second day it was fine and things restocked such as toilet roll and towels.
Hotel staff on reception were great and very attentive and there are many facilities in the hotel that we didn’t use however looked lovely.
For a 3 night stay , it was great and I would return as it was great value for money and great location.

Great base and really handy for the centre. Number 19 tram stop right outside the hotel that runs every 12 minutes. Best route was from the hotel to Fredricksplien then the number 4 to central station via Rembrandt square. Obviously then the same on the way home. Would definitely stay again

Great place!

Well run. Comfortable. Good size rooms. Staff very welcoming and competent.
Special Bravo to George at the front desk. Easy access to town. 10 min walk from sloterdyke train station or take the tram number 19 which puts you right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was nice everything you needed, however there wasn’t a large mirror only the small one in the bathroom.

Lovely stay

Sunlight was streaming through the gaps in the curtains, and nothing could be done about it.i
Violetta and her colleagues were excellent at the reception.
The breakfast room team were awesome
The rooms were cleaned frequently in one day.
