Awesome service from the moment we arrived. Everything was great, clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful.
We would stay here again and recommend it.

The staff were helpful friendly and giving, the room was clean and tidy, but rundown in some areas. The dishwasher was visibly broken, the upstairs tv was hard to use and the upstairs air conditioner didn’t seem to work on any setting. Not sure if they just required some instructions. The breakfast was great though and catered for our allergies, something we did not expect. Would have been great at a lower price point.

Room was ok but the air conditioning unit leaked water all through our belongings. Had to turn it off and room was very hot without it.

One night in Auckland

Very clean and spacious room. Only had a basic room. But still had a spa bath.
Over night the room / area was quiet considering it's not that far from the motorway.
Staff were friendly.
Only downside was parking was not allocated to a room, just first in basis.
So when returning after dinner had to find a park, but not that bad
