You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room. The property's reception opening hours are: - 8:30 to 10:00 - 14:00 to 18::00 On public holidays: - 9:00 to 10:00 - 14:00 to 17:00 If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception. Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.
