Bad Service. Dirty room

We checked in last 24th september around 2-3pm. Guard assist us to get the our luggage from the car, but the lady at the front desk were not approachable, she's like having a bad day and not gave us a towel. I asked her if the sky bar open she told me its closed, but when i checked it, its open! Next the room were like MENTAL HOSPITAL, aircon is not cold, weak connection of wifi aswell, the door is not safe aswell as it can open easily.towels, bed sheets, pillow case were dirty, lastly we checked out 25th sept around 4am, front desk guy with eyeglass is rude. Most staff were rude, NOT highly recommended. Its a 0 star.

Good basic no frills hotel near 15 minutes walk to Makati

ok clean room. Basic amenities,shower, aircon, toilet clean, bed a tard hard, bedsheet ok, pillow bit old, but soft,blanket is clean white thin sheet. TV lousy not working well, No cupboard to hang clothes, no table , only 1 small chair. Good wooden floor, WIFI inconsistent can be fixed easily- management-owner shud look into this pronto. Location bit far from MRT/ LRT .Lack of proper private coffee cafes in 600 km- yak. Cos coffee cafe is my daily favorite. Passible. Bring your own toiletries. Service good but sometimes not accessible quick enough.

DISGUSTING!!

booked a room through agoda, ticked the smoking room as preference, when we checked out, front desk made me pay P800 as penalty for smoking inside the room, they said they could not use the room for 2 days due to the smell of cigarette, exagerated reasoning...there were no smoking signs inside the room, i didn't know they had penalties for such...if i had only known, hotel entrance is near our room, i would have smoked there if i only knew...just stayed there for a few hours coz our aircon was being repaired..staff were like robots, so unaccomodating, room feels like a prison cell..will never go back here..very unfriendly reception staff...pleaded for consideration coz i live near pasay centrale, very disgusting reception staff

Dormitory

The price is really good specially if you're getting out of budget but mind you this is a dormitory and not a hotel, there's no wakeup call, no proper facilities, front desk in the garage that's why no parking space, and the alley / road is too narrow for the car to navigate. If for 1 night and nothing much to do is ok, but it's a matter of personal choice I think I won't be coming back here.

Not worth the money for this Hostel

This is an over priced hostel. This is not a hotel at all. Beds are horrible and look like they came from a prison. No table or chairs in the room either. They dont even provide water as advertised. No shampoo or toothbrush also advertised but will not get. This is truly just a hostel. The rooms are so small if have a couple bags you will be tripping over them. THIS PLACE IS OK IF YOUR PAYING P500 per night only!!
