ONE OJF MY FAVOURITES
First of all I loved this place because it had a very modern lobby and had a very quick check in and staff was so nice then the room had the softest mattresses and had a very good sleep also there is tables for tea coffee snack and drinks if you don't wanna buy one they are free and taste amazing also on week days breakfast from 7:00 - 10:00 was amazing with a bunch of space for eating also on weekends 8:00-11:00 is breakfast with more sugary snacks than usual I also loved the selfie ipad they had!!!! I tottaly suggest this place especially if you need a lot of rest because I came here for shooting a movie which had karate and swimming in it so I was very tired and had a very good sleep so I was well energised!! One more thing, if you ask for good local food places to the staff(there are many options) they will give you a dive and will book reservations for you!!! One particular girl who is always very smiley!!!

1. It's called a four-star, and it doesn't even have a gym.
2. The bathroom is rusty, the refrigerator doesn't cool, the TV is small, and the security lock on the door is broken.
3. The soundproofing is very poor, it's loud.
4. False advertising, the card promises to provide a fan, but when actually asked for it, it will not be provided.
5. Basic tissues, kettles, slippers, etc. were not provided, so you need to ask the front desk for them yourself.
6. The service attitude of the waiters is not very good, it is quite disappointing, definitely not a feeling of being at home. It's not about him giving it to you, but you go to the front desk again to get it.
7. Transportation is also inconvenient. If you want to take a taxi, you need to walk to the intersection, otherwise the driver needs to take a big circle. Several drivers said how to get here, let's go out and walk to the intersection before taking a taxi.

Quality hotel
Located on the "outskirts" of downtown. It is NOT in the resort. Lots of traffic for downtown. 4 km to the city centre by UBER, 20 minutes waiting, 20 minutes traffic, 20 € or more.
The hotel is "minimalist" ALL new, modern bathrooms without walls, do not put unnecessary ammenities, but if you give free water, coffees and pastries in the hall, a measured but quality breakfast.
It's "very like this". ideal for working, use it a little and ready, it's not to be there all day.

Perfect location, cute hotel, friendly staff
I booked the hotel after searching for the best prices in the Barcelona area. Pol&Grace had amazing reviews and pictures, and it was located in such a perfect spot that it didn't take us long to choose it!
We arrived in the morning, way before check in time, but they accomodated the best they could. Although our room wasnt ready, we were able to enjoy their free tea/coffee/water stations, their comfy couches, and nice desk space, as well as their outdoor terrace!
We were able to come into our room at around 1 PM. We got a room on the 5th floor, with a large window facing the street. The room itself was kind of small, it lacked a large mirror, it had a small table and only one chair, and two beds to form a king sized bed. The closet space was also very small, and if we had the window open, we couldnt really open one of the closet doors. The pillows are long and very soft, not very comfortable, the mattress was average, but the beds were... squeaky? It was also a connection room, so it had a door connecting the next bedroom, and the room was not sound proof. We could hear a lot of what was going on in the next bedroom, the hallway and the street noise.
The staff was incredible. Very attentive, helpful, and easy to talk to. Check out was super simple and hassle-free.
The breakfast is 15 EUR a person and very good.
And again, THE LOCATION. Train stations and many buses nearby, plenty places to eat as well as supermarkets, hair and nail salons, laundromat, pharmacies, etc. Everything you need to stay long or short term!

Hotel not up to a 4 star and dishonest
Hotel not up to a 4 star rating.
Any decoration. The TV screen is very small.
We asked to delay our arrival by phone. The receptionist confirmed that it was possible but omitted a crucial element: to tell us that there would be an additional €50.
Once we arrived at the reception we learned that we had 50 euros more. we had booked 3 rooms it is inadmissible or 150€ extra
If we had known we would not have postponed our arrival.
Such a price is not justified
We do not recommend. Breakfast is full but scrambled eggs far too cooked and dry for my taste.
Room badly soundproofed. Our room on the street side was too noisy.
