Amazing !!! excellent Hotel
It is worth checking that there is a team of professionals led by its director Don Álvaro Domínguez that make your stay unforgettable
From Marco Antonio in the dining room making your lunch or dinner unforgettable and not missing anything until the guest of clients Lorena who takes care of you like no one else!!
We were at the cotillion dinner and it was all perfect!! Everything went very well and Pablo responsible for the catering services was very professional
Of course we will repeat experience and come back next year!
Thank you all so much for making the start of the year 2025 perfect!!

Fantastic weekend
However, the highlight of our stay was the animation team, especially Nacho , Xavi, Edgar and the girl I don't remember her name. Their energy and dedication made every day full of fun and laughter. Both adults and children enjoyed well-organized and entertaining activities, and they were always attentive and willing to ensure that we all had a great time. To top off the SPA and massages (Monica and Jose) made the weekend even more TOP! Thanks to all the team Melia, our weekend was unforgettable. We would repeat without hesitation!

Nos complace saber que encontró nuestro personal excelente y que las habitaciones estuvieron a la altura de sus expectativas, reflejando nuestro compromiso con una experiencia de habitación de alta calidad.
Lamentamos que la oferta de la cena de fin de año no haya cumplido con sus expectativas y que haya percibido el servicio de mesa como lento y la música inadecuada para la ocasión. Asimismo, tomamos nota de su percepción sobre el desayuno y la decoración del salón. Aunque no podemos cambiar la experiencia pasada, valoramos enormemente sus observaciones, ya que nos permiten revisar nuestros estándares de las experiencias gastronómicas y de servicio para asegurar que reflejen la cultura de servicio que nos esforzamos por ofrecer.
