Recommended, lots of peace to disconnect

Very comfortable rooms, super attentive employees, breakfast is not buffet but it is quite good, you can eat and dine at the hotel but there is only menu, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable throughout the hotel is nice hot.

The best thermal water pool

It was the first time we went with the imserso... other times we did it particularly (bed and breakfast with entrance to the thermal pools).
I didn’t like the experience...bad rooms with furnishings from 50 years ago, the toilets have a tiny shower with tearful plastic curtains, uncomfortable beds with something resembling a sunken mattress in the center and food with no comments scarce and no taste in the presentation. It seems a lie that in an orchard area they do not have good vegetables or fruits.
The exterior set is very careful but not the environment that looks like a dump.
The staff is very attentive and professional.

Very nice and quiet place with terrible food.

Spa located in a very nice place. The facilities are very good, the staff are very friendly and you breathe tranquility. What there is nowhere to take it is the food. I wouldn't even know how to define it. Of the last 30 hotels we've been to, it's the worst by far. I think they should give it a ride because it's a nice nice place but I would never come back for the food. And people who are housed at the same time as us have told us practically the same thing

Disaster

Disastrous. I'll probably have to spend the night outside the room because of the smells.
My wife is a person of low vision and gives us a room with low light semi-basement with the shower that you have to step up if you open the closet and leave the bathroom you stick with the horrible door

Terrible experience to be the first time

Terrible, we're staying right now at the spa, specifically the Victoria Hotel, I'd like to sum it up but there are so many negative things I'd need a book,
FRANKLY AWFUL!!️‼️‼️
In my life I've seen worse, 1 star hotels are better than this, my mother, I'll tell you that the room is on the first floor, to sit on the cup water we must stand on our side because we can't. The legs, the shower with the unhygienic curtain shower attached to the body, so small the shower that you can't turn, the closet, is a closet???? I'll try to hang a picture, terrible....tremendous....not even in the boarding house there is that anymore......anyway......I could write and not stop.......
Please note, if you must come in any case go to the building opposite Hotel Balneario ...
NEVER to the other 2!!️‼️‼️
