Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that use of the safe carries an additional cost. TV is available for free in Deluxe Apartment (3 adults) and for an extra charge in Superior One-Bedroom Apartment. A TV remote control is available for a refundable deposit of EUR 10. The keys and the lock for the free parking need a refundable deposit of EUR 10. Guests are kindly requested to confirm the ages of all guests staying in the apartments. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Cribs are offered to kids younger than 2, up on request. There must be at least 1 adult in each apartment. Only guests are allowed in the apartment.
